START BUILDING YOUR FUTURE
Opportunities to gain experience, build skills and move forward, with hands‑on learning programmes based in Durban for students and graduates.
A short, hands-on experience for 2nd year students keen to explore the world of fashion retail. Hosted online and at our Durban Head Office, the 2–3 day programme introduces you to Buying and Planning – where creativity meets strategy and trends become products customers love. You’ll gain practical insight, learn from experienced teams, and get a clearer sense of what a career in retail could look like.
Workplace Experience
Programme (WEP)
If you’re a 3rd or final year student, our paid Workplace Experience Programme is a 3-week opportunity at our Durban Head Office during the June/July vacation period. You’ll gain hands-on retail experience, get to know how we work, and explore what a future with us could look like.
We recruit graduates into entry-level roles in Buying and Planning across the business. Alongside real, hands-on work, many roles are supported by structured development in your first 12–18 months, combining on-the-job learning, training and mentorship to help you build confidence, capability and a strong foundation for your career.
